K. Teradaira is Kazuyuki Teradaira, one of the founders of Yamaki Guitars. We’re not sure why there is a line of classical guitars under his name, but here they are!

CMI started using the “Performer” name around 1985. These Performer Superstrats however are likely Korean builds from the late 1980s, as “shark tooth” or “shark fin” inlays didn’t start appearing on guitars until late into that decade (and were made popular by brands like Charvel and Jackson).

For the two examples below, there are a lot of subtle differences - headstock shape, tremolo design, electronic controls, and the shape of the horns. The guitar on the left looks to be a copy of a Charvel Model 4. The guitar on the right has a tremolo stamped “Licensed Under Floyd Rose Patents” and has beveled contours in the horns. Even the size of the Daion logo on the pickups are different sizes. The pickups appear to be the same design, though one has a triple screw height adjustment plate on the humbucker, while the other has two screws. The bodies of both are a layered plywood construction and use a four screw neck plate.

Electronics are as you would expect. The model on the left has three “on/off” toggles (one for each pickup), and a master volume and tone knob. The model on the right has a traditional 5-way pickup selector switch and a master volume and tone knob..
